Directly from the deep, magical forests of Umbria, they bring with them autumn's absolute biggest culinary treasure: genuine white truffle.

Together, the brothers run Seven Restaurant Café as a family business where hospitality and passion for Umbria's traditions are everything. They are also dedicated truffle hunters who search for the exclusive tubers together with their truffle dogs Argo, Livio, and Bella.
